Territory status
One client per industry, per area. If a cell says claimed, we will not take a second business in that slot. If it says open, that is what is actually being decided on the assessment call.
How to read this
Open is available. In assessment means another business is mid-call; nothing signed yet. Claimed is locked for as long as that client holds it. Statuses are updated from real inventory, not invented scarcity.
